Photography Challenge - Flowers

I'm going to join this meme even though I'm in Faith's class right now and have not received the packet on flowers yet. I have a trillion flower pictures in my archives. I just had to participate. I decided to do something different. I wanted to go against the grain and use this one because it is so different from anything else I have. I took this picture in our local mountains a few weeks ago. I guess you could even call it a weed. But I loved it. I cropped the picture down to fit the Rule of Thirds(I didn't want to get yelled at by Faith).
