Project 365 ~ Week 33 & 34

My poor neglected blog! I missed posting last week so I am adding it to this weeks postings. Life has been crazy. We are in the process of moving out of our house temporarily. Not a fun task in these high heat temperatures. Anyhoodles, without further ado...

Week 33
 1. A tiny bud on a cactus plant in our yard. Actually, I think it has been dug up since I took this picture. To move this house off the lot everything inside and out has to be moved out of the way. When the new house is in place we will be replanting the yard.
2. Our house is currently surrounded by these spiders who come out at night and make huge webs. I couldn't help but poke some fun at it. (How you doin'?)
3. I have been slowly emptying my pantry to get things eaten, packed or trashed.
4. Sunset from our house.
5. Shouldn't there be a battery???
6. Yum! These mini churro's are available for $1 at Jack in the Box. I can't stand that place but I like these. They have a yummy apple filling inside.
7. Hubs has been shredding all our old checks from past bank accounts. The project is way past due!

Week 34

1. Hubs is on a Gatorade fix. It must be the heat.
2. My poor kitteh Aria. She doesn't know that a month of camping is in her near future.
3. Box tape. I discovered this stuff during my last move. It's a great organization tool.
4. Hangers!
5. A very few of the boxes needed for this move.
6. One of the friends in my circle of friends candle.
7. Our new 2 room tent. May as well be as comfortable as possible as we'll be living in it for a month. We decided it would be easier and way cheaper to camp then to stay in a fleabag motel. Moving out of your house with nowhere to go is a bit tough. When the new house is here it will have been worth all this stupid effort!...I hope!

Letters of Intent

Foursons

Dear Facebook user,

Last week we were friends. Then you went all psycho on me.

That's right...I wrote you a normal message on your wall and your response was to fly off the handle at me.

As it was unprovoked my response was...HUH???

Then you responded to my confused huh with more nasty words.

To say I am confused is putting it mildly.

Of course, I have to defend myself at this point. So I responded very nicely with just a hint of defensive tone in there. Cause I still don't know what set you off.

You respond by deleting me from your friends list(no loss here...really!) and here's the kicker...

You BLOCKED me!

So you are a nut job psycho and yet I get treated like the stalker. You are a true class act letmetellyou!

If this is how you treat everyone who ever pisses you off I wonder how you still have any friends left on your friends list.(even though I didn't do anything to piss you off...)

Because you write a status at least once a week about someone who has mistreated you. You are the most abused and mistreated person I know!

Now I know how it really is!!!

Sincerely (not really),
BLOCKED!

ps. They have medicine for that...and if the medicine doesn't work we can refer you to the nearest padded room.

Project 365 ~ Week 32

1. Birdhouse.
2. My grandma with a clown nose on.
3. Leaves.
4. My cousins baby enjoying his first birthday cake.
5. My soon-to-be new kitchen. Hopefully we will have our new house in place within a few months.
6. Cause everyone takes pics of their water hoses!!!
7. The sign to our local rodeo grounds.

For those interested...we live with my mom{cause she's ancient and needs lots of lookin after;) hehe} and we live in a manufactured home(Yup, that means it's a trailer). Well, it's old and falling apart so we decided to settle in for the long haul and instead of being temporary renters we will be going 50/50 with her in buying a brand new home to replace this one. We both set some ground rules to get past there being two functioning households inside these four walls. My mom gets to decorate the living room. I get full control of the kitchen. I also get the third bedroom for an office/craft room/escape to keep my sanity room. Right now the whole house is her domain and I feel like a guest. The only way I agreed to this is to assert myself for some personal space. I like to scare my mom by reminder her that I might be getting old but I have not left my child bearing years behind me quite yet. If God grants me the child I want so bad then I may lose my office. I guess I will deal with it though. Anyhoodle...

To my mother-in-law Pat... this was a very sudden decision. Hubs is supposed to have called you before you read it here. If he fails...I apologize! This is not how I wanted you to find out. But we will talk to you tomorrow(Sunday) for sure!!!

Project 365 ~ Week 31

1. My new awesomeness key to our house(Home Depot!!!).
2. Somebody forgot to water the rosemary...oops!
3. Kassie enjoying peanut butter in her bone.
4. We have had some amazing clouds over our local mountains this week. Frustratingly, I have not had my camera with me for most of my trips out. Finally I got the shot.
5. Lucy Kitteh. I know, I know. I use her a lot. She's photogenic and I usually run out of ideas of what to shoot everyday.
6. Gifts for my cousins twins first birthday this weekend.
7. I got this moon shot tonight(Friday). I thought it would compliment the full moon shot I got a few weeks ago. I shot this free hand. My settings were 1/500's, f/5.6, iso 400. (Coincidentally, those are the same settings for my full moon shot. But I used a tripod and remote for the full moon shot.)
