What I did:
opened the pic in ACR,
adjusted WB, lighting, contrast and popped the blue a bit,
moved it over to PS cs5,
ran Pioneer Woman's action Fresh and colorful,
adjusted the opacity on the layers to taste,
flatten,
Done!
